Papa Johns Pizza - Gig Harbor

I did a carry out yesterday and I just wanted to say that the pizza I got yesterday was probably the best takeout pizza I have ever had. Better than dominos and Pizza Hut without comparison.

The customer service at this restaurant has always been fast and excellent!

Warning, this place is disgusting. The employees are beyond incompetent and they scratch their butt and then touch the food, even saw the one bald guy working the front register pick his nose and then handle food. I would stay far away from here and hopefully something will replace this one day. It's a shame because Papa John's is pretty good. Oh, and if you go inside to pick up your food in person, they will leave you sitting there typically for 15 minutes without helping you. This has happened to me countless times along with everyone else I know in town.

Pizza was 45 mins late delivered by a 3rd party doordash driver none of the food was sealed it was all cold and gross I’ll never order from here
