Sidreria Parrilla La Costa - Gijón

We had dinner in the terrace, as the evening was warm. We enjoyed several types of meat, that were previously very well explained to us by the service, all of them perfect.

Both the food and overall dining experience at Parrilla La Costa are top notch. Despite a waitstaff that speaks almost no English, they were incredibly accommodating to our group of four, making every effort to help us understand the menu and make recommendations. We ended up sharing the octopus and shrimps to start, and then had two different cuts of the steak (their speciality! . All were equally fantastic the steak being the clear highlight... tender, juicy slivers that need only seconds on the grill. We also were treated to our first cider experience (this being a cider house or ‘Sidreria’ and found the house cider to be absolutely delicious. Overall, we came away extremely satisfied the entire meal was also rather affordable when considering the multitude of dishes our group shared. Highly recommend!!!

I am so glad i came across this place few years ago. Been going there ever since. The Chuleton, navajas, zamburinas and pulpo never fails us. Simple sidreria with amazing and helpful staff. Real good food.

Kike el camarero super simpático y super agradable, nos recomendó de primero las zamburiñas que estaban increíbles. De segundo, vacío de Angus, el sabor de la carne combinado con el chimi churri fue espectacular!! Su última recomendación fue una tarta de la abuela y fue todo un acierto!! En resumen, servicio y calidad todo de 10. Muy muy recomendable.

La comida estaba muy buena, no nos ha dado tiempo a hacerle las fotos, pero solo hay que ver los platos jajaja aún así el comentario es por el camarero KIKE creo recordar que se llama, argentino, tatuado pero con cara de colombiano!! (El entenderá el chiste) una atención de 10, cuidarlo mucho, porque un buen sitio no es solo la comida, sino la atención al cliente, y este chico nos trato de maravilla. 10/10 Recomendamos la carne y los postres caseros
