Blue Wasabi Sushi Martini - Gilbert

This restaurant is a fantastic place to visit. The sushi is delicious and the bartender is truly amazing. We had a great time and will definitely be returning soon. We always have a wonderful time here. My wife and I will definitely be back!

This was our second visit to this restaurant. The first time we came was shortly after they had opened. It was extremely busy for a Friday evening at 6pm. We were put on a waitlist and waited about 15-20 minutes for a table, which wasn't too bad. However, once we were inside, it was crowded and felt more like a sports bar than a restaurant. The tables were packed closely together and the chairs were uncomfortable with awkward footrests. We ordered wine, an appetizer, and sushi rolls, but unfortunately, none of the rolls were good. They didn't compare to other sushi places in the area. I had to constantly try to get the server's attention for more ginger. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. If you love sushi, there are better options in the valley to try. I would not recommend this restaurant.

We only picked up the food but from the very short interaction we had with staff, we felt so welcomed! Thank you Sophia and Elliot! Food was good and price was reasonable. They have lots of unique rolls too and the name puns were just a plus! wouldrecommend and would go back again!

This is the best sushi they have ever tasted in Arizona, they don't think they can find anything better. Blue Wasabi has mastered it.

My family has been traveling to Gilbert from San Diego for years to enjoy the best sushi we have found. They offer a great happy hour special and the fish is always fresh.
