Bosa Donuts - Gilbert

The server at this restaurant was extremely rude. I asked her a question about a donut multiple times because I couldn't understand her, and she responded rudely. Her behavior was so disrespectful that I will not be returning. The service was so poor that it deserves not even one star, but zero stars.

This Bosa Donuts is a joke - they don't even have enough staff to assist customers, and the atmosphere is extremely disappointing.

The owner is easily the rudest lady I’ve ever had to deal with. I LOVE bosa, so it’s sad I can’t ever go back. I am a regular and spend an easy $100 a week there. Regardless I am ALWAYS disrespected every single visit.The doughnuts do not ever seem fresh, even in the morning, despite the delicious taste. The doughnut holes seem to be a day old everytime.This is also a rat by there back door which is the reason I am not returning. Absolutely terrible.

Great place for donuts. Staff is always friendly. If you show up after 7am, be prepared to wait in line.

I took my 7 yr old son for a treat this evening and decided to stop at this Bosa Donuts because it was on our way home. The worker, who I believe was the owner, showed no customer service while interacting. She had no expression on her face , didn't greet us when we walked in, didn't say a word when I paid, nor did she give any eye contact while ordering. My son also noticed and told me he thinks she's tired of her job. I understand sometimes we have bad days because life is unpredictable but this was brutally rude! Drive the extra mile in a half and go to another Bosa donuts.
