Filiberto's Mexican - Gilbert

The portions have significantly decreased, and the ingredients have changed. I can't justify spending so much for what feels like a dollar menu item from Taco Bell.

Shortly after we placed our order, another man came in, ordered after us, received his food, and left within minutes. I finally got my order about five minutes after he left. Unfortunately, the chicken in the tacos was burnt and dry, and there was an overpowering chili flavor. I was also shocked to discover that they charged $2.20 for just 2 ounces of sour cream—definitely skipping that next time. Overall, this location didn't live up to my expectations of Filiberto's. The cashier was efficient, but I wouldn't describe her as particularly friendly or cheerful—she was just good at her job. On a positive note, there are high chairs available, making it kid-friendly.

The portions are becoming smaller while the prices keep increasing! The food lacked flavor, and I could have had a better meal for the same price elsewhere.

I tried the restaurant when it first opened, 2/3 years ago, never went back till today. Nothing changed, on line 2 chiilrennos state they come with avo and SC, pictures is the same as the combo. 2nd time I got them plain. Requested my money back showed the picture. They didn't want to give my money back, told me I know you work for Door dash and I'm going to call them. I had to call DD dash and tell them I saw this as trying to get me fired.I called filbertos customer service, they mad it clear they saw the video, like I care I was telling the truth. Accused me of Accidently ordered the wrong thing,even though I was charged the same price as the one in the picture, Natalie hung up on me when I mentioned Better business bureau. Theres no plan one on the menu, Ive going to filbertos for 20 years and got plain ones anyware but this store.Unfortunately for the owner I have to make this public cause they wouldn't let me speak to him.Dont go to this one or the one on Queen Creek same owners.

Ordered the chicken enchilada plate. Received enchiladas only cheese. A side of sour cream added 2.20$. 15.99 for not what I ordered.
