Reviews in this market will make and break restaurants and you give the very strong impression, by every review followed by a canned response, which half the time don't even properly address the review. Start reading your reviews. Address the review with your staff and learn from them. over the long term that's the difference between success and not success. Read the reviews, take action on them and them answer them in your own words. Otherwise, your reviews are going to fall below 4.0 and your business will die.
The only good thing was the live music...soft pizza and terrible service!First and last time!
Food was average but was better than the service. Slow, and did not come back to serve after food showed up. Several items on the menu were not available to include Angel hair pasta at an Italian
Gluten free food was cross contaminated to the point my daughter got sick in the restaurant and the waiter really didn't seem to care, would not comp her meal. Dietary restrictions: Not close enough attention to detail when it comes to allergies.
First time eating here and the portions are huge and the food was delicious! Thank you we will be
