Mcdonald's - Gilbert

I visited this McDonald's today and ordered dinner for my son and me through the drive-thru. I specifically asked for 2 chocolate chip cookies, but it seems the person taking my order charged me for 4. When I reached the pick-up window, the employee informed me that I had to wait for the cookies. I mentioned that I only wanted 2 and requested a refund for the extra cookies I didn't order. The employee then brought the manager to the window, who told me that refunds were no longer allowed, as per the owner's policy. So, if you go to this McDonald's and they mess up your order, you won’t get a refund for unwanted items. I recommend everyone read this review to avoid this McDonald's, as if they make a mistake, you'll be stuck paying for food you didn't want.

I placed my order and took it home, only to realize they forgot one of my fries. When I called to mention that it was inconvenient for me to drive back just to pick up my missing fries, the initial response wasn't very accommodating—they simply offered to give me the fries. However, when I went back, I encountered a new manager who was very apologetic. He went out of his way to make it right and even gave me some extra fries as a gesture of goodwill. I appreciate his understanding of customer service. Thank you again, Brian!

We went out to eat and later realized that we were charged for an extra serving of fries. When I called the manager to complain, she mentioned that she would refund us when we came in, but she didn’t seem very interested in resolving the issue. It just doesn’t seem worth the extra time, gas, and effort on our part to go back for a cheeseburger or something when we return.

I ordered a Burrito meal today, and I would make money that they weren't even made today. they were hard like a rock and when I tried to open it, it came apart in solid hard pieces. it was completely unusable. this place seems to have many problems to make the dinge right. back to taco bell to breakfast.

Workers here work very slow and really don't care. They have to have the most chronically slow drive-thru in the entire world.
