Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I’m giving this place two stars because the pizza is good. However, I noticed a poster on the wall advertising a 2-topping pizza for $6.99. When I asked if I could get that price for my order, I was told no. I was informed that I needed to mention the deal myself. Why should I have to point out a promotion that’s clearly advertised? The service was quite poor! I’m not sure if I’ll return.

This is the best Papa Murphy's I've ever visited. The manager is always on the ball, demonstrating excellent multitasking skills. Every order is prepared perfectly and ready the moment I walk in. Even during peak hours, I consistently receive top-notch service and a reliable product. What more could I ask for?

I would advise against placing online orders, especially if you want to customize your meal. My order arrived exactly as it was, without any adjustments I requested. The staff kept insisting that the issue was on my end. It's confusing why they promote online ordering so heavily, yet claim it's a third-party system and nothing can be done. When I asked for a refund, they offered to apply half of it to my next order – what? If they were aware that their online system isn’t working properly, they should deal directly with customers. This experience was very disappointing.

Great service as always and very fast. Prices are great, and I have to remember about their Tuesday discounts in the future. If you don 't mind cooking at home, it 's great food and better than most of the delivery options available. EBT friendly as well.

It has been several years since I have been here and now I know why. I quit going due to not getting the pizza as I asked and when I informed them, I was given 5 dollars of another pizza to purchase later. I did not eat the first and as 8 said, they gave me 5 dollars off a second which was prepared as I wanted. It would be nice to have it done the first time correct, but it has always been a problem.
