The Baked Bear - Gilbert

If you're looking for a thick cookie ice sandwich with top-notch cookie choices and ice cream, you won't be disappointed here. I tried the cookies and cream cookies, French toast ice cream, brownie bits, and a cinnamon roll cookie. We're delighted that they're open and appreciate their patience with our indecisiveness when it came to making our choices.

I'm thrilled that we finally have a bakery in Gilbert! It's by far the best spot for ice sandwiches. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful too!

I discovered this restaurant through Google reviews and decided to give it a try. Out of the five of us, everyone ordered something different and we were all pleased with our choices. The prices are very reasonable and there’s a great selection of flavors and cookies. Additionally, it’s conveniently located near many other small shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore on foot.

Very tasty ice, biscuits and brownies. a must!
