The Caspian Cup - Gilbert

Insanely good! Was in the area one hot, summer day and stopped by The Caspian Cup for a cool treat. Caspian Cup offers shaved ice, ice cream, drinks, snacks, and more. The owner herself greeted us and made our order. My sister-in-law and I decided to share a mangonada ice and wow, one order is plenty to share! Enough for a small family really! Our cup was filled to the brim and then topped with several different toppings like Mexican candies, tajin, watermelon, mango, and more. This thing was absolutely insane; see photo. We didn't know where to start. Be warned, if you decide to order a mangonada, prepare to get your hands dirty! Well worth it, though. We slowly and carefully took it apart to get to the good stuff. The flavor was on point; sweet, tangy, spicy, and delicious. There was so much, we couldn't finish it all. I can't wait to try other flavors!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I had the lychee signature ice and you could taste the freshness with the actual fruit. She takes the time to hand make every single drink. For me it's about the quality which you can taste in the drink. I loved the owner as she really took care of us and just went above and beyond! I will def. be coming back here again! Wish I knew about this place sooner but grateful that I found it in yelp!

I was looking for some thing my dairy free daughter could enjoy while I had ice cream and this fit the bill. Hawaiian shaved ice with a Southwestern flair, think Tajin and mango! Friendly owner, cute space, very Instagram worthy.
