Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Gilbert

Starlight starbright, the first tropical smoothie I see I?m going too!! : this one is realllly goood with awesome service from the very articulate young ladies that?s helped with my order in this Monday morning! : they were patient and quick and super nice. I?ll be coming back to this one lots more and this drive is kinda far but so worth it to me! Thanks for being so helpful ladies. , go tropical smoothie cafe!

I love their smoothies! Delish. My only grievance is that they remodeled their app and changed how you earn points. I went from a free $5 to no available rewards. And now $1=10 points? and a free smoothie is 550 points?. So I have to spend $55 to get one free smoothie now?. I?m not digging this new system. But other than that, I love it

I was very frustrated when I visited the restaurant to get a smoothie during happy hour. The cashier asked us to wait, but when she finally took our order, she informed us that we had missed happy hour. When I asked for further clarification, she said her computer showed 7:01 and she was unable to apply the happy hour pricing. This experience was an example of poor customer service.

The smoothies at this restaurant are fantastic and the sandwiches are delicious. However, the smoothies are quite large and pricey, usually costing around $7-8 each. Personally, I find it hard to finish such a big drink unless I pair it with a meal containing protein. Because of this, I miss out on trying some of the more creative drink options. I don't think I could drink enough to justify spending $8 on a smoothie. If they offered a smaller size, I would definitely visit this place more frequently.

I like peanut butter and I like the peanut butter smoothie. They have all the usual options for smoothies and extra shots of protein etc. great service as well.
