Contribuisci feedbackThey don't even deserve 1 star just couldn't proceed without it but i've never had this many issues with a fast food place before, got my order completely wrong when i called they kept saying how it wasn't wrong or wasn't missing anything which it was so i had my grandma go down just to have crystal (the cashier rudely throw the bag to her through the window then aggressively shut the window on her- just to have the order wrong once more then i went down and was nice to start off with and let them know that once again for the 3rd time my order was completely wrong just to have the manager rudely say she can't get me a refund for everything they got wrong just the burger (gave me less then what it actually was supposed to be then flip us off and tell us to never come back again :
I absolutely hate this location but unfortunately they are the closest to my home. It took them at least 40 minutes while in the drive through to give me my food while I waited behind many cars. The Doors to go inside were locked and many people were backing out of the drive-through to go inside but couldn't because the doors were locked so they were losing customers because people didn't wanna go back in the line and decided to drive off. I don't know if there's no staff here or if the staff is just extremely slow and incompetent but I really wish they would do better
Service is very slow. Staffing is not an issue. They had 5 or 6 employees. Not very efficient. I waited over ten minutes to order. Improved rating. I had a great taco salad. I'll come again just for that.
We've gone multiple times the past few days atleast an hour before google says you guys close (1pm) and everytime you've already been closed or refused service even when we saw employees inside (not doing closing tasks, just standing around). If you're going to close early, please change your hours with a sign or give a legit reason! It seems like you guys are closing early just to get out of there.
I was disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. The fries were nearly cold and very soggy, and my Dave’s Single combo came with a sad, wilted piece of lettuce and no tomato, despite my request for it. I also ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo, which took a long time to arrive. When I realized an item was missing, I had to return to the counter. Unfortunately, I was informed that the system recommended a restart and that it would take at least 20 minutes before they could reopen. Maybe that's why my experience was so frustrating. I've been here several times and have noticed that the employees often seem reluctant to provide service, and they frequently close early, even when their posted hours indicate they should be open. Given these issues, I'm not sure I will return. I've been disappointed too many times with either receiving old, cold food that isn’t worth the price or encountering random closures.
