Wild Ginger Asian Bistro - Gilbert

I placed an order for minced chicken, but it arrived without the chicken. I also ordered brown sauce and kung pao sauce, which were missing from my $60 order. Additionally, my second order of white rice was not included. When I called to follow up, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. Be cautious and double-check your order; she could have called to resolve the issue but instead made excuses. I was very disappointed with the rude service. Food: 4, Service: 1.

The food was mostly tasty and service was great. The Orange chicken tasted slightly burnt. I couldn't really tell if it was just the flavor profile or slightly burnt. Hi! I recently ordered pickup from this place and the food was really good! I was hesitant about the price, kinda expensive...but I realized when I received it that there was enough to split into two meals! I ordered the wild ginger chicken and it came with a lot of chicken (unlike Panda, which has been skimping on the protein). I guess you get what you pay for. Total was $16.17

I never leave reviews for 4 star restaurants but I rate it 4 stars because the food wasn't 5 stars that's for sure. However, the service was good and the meal tasted very fresh. The beef was alright. I got kung pao beef. I left feeling great though. Very clean place.

I've been visiting this restaurant long before the pandemic began, and I truly appreciate that their food quality has remained consistently high. However, I find the prices to be quite steep. One aspect I don't appreciate—though it may be beyond their control—is the presence of homeless individuals struggling with addiction who often gather just outside, especially at night, which can feel intimidating. I miss the bustling atmosphere of previous years, but I understand that the pandemic has altered that dynamic. Nonetheless, this place remains a beloved staple in downtown Seattle.
