Applebee's Grill Bar Restaurant

Typical Applebee's with maybe a slightly older decor/furniture. My waitress was great and attentive. Food was good with minimal wait time. Bathrooms could use some maintenance and a good deep clean but they weren't horrible. Overall just slightly below average for an Applebee's location.

Solid spot to grab some grub. Food was good, service prompt and all in all zero complaints. Don't typically frequent these chain places but if you are in Gillette and need something to eat this location is a solid choice.

Girl that brought our food, threw it down, said here and stormed off, spilling our dipping sauce. Second girl brought our coffee, we told her about first girl, she informed us that her servers wouldn 't wait on us because we had a bad attitude, yet we said absolutely nothing to them. Avoid this place, the servers don 't care about customer service.

Skip this place. I had placed an order online to go for around $50. My order should have been ready when I got there according to the app. The hostess kept checking on my order and kept saying they're working on it. However, I waited an hour just to be told my order had gone out with a Door Dash order even though I was there to pick up my online order. The manager tried to make it right and seemed nice enough, but I just got a refund and will NEVER go back there. That was first and LAST visit to that Applebee's. There was a Door Dash delivery driver there who was waiting on the remainder of an order he had already delivered. I guess I wasn't the only one that had their order wrong. They weren't even busy at all.

Waited fifteen minutes for fries so burger was ice cold. Pathetic service from people unqualified to be in food service.
