Pizza Hut - Gillette

Decided to order the melt today, it was stale, also ordered a box dinner, it was all cold. first time eating pizza hut in over a year, maybe next year?

We have a mystery item here. Idk what these are. I think cheese sticks, but we?re also scared to try them. They didn?t give us our extra frosting like we asked for as well. ???????????

I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut! The service was excellent, and our waitress was outstanding. The breadsticks were hands down the best and freshest I’ve ever had from a pizzeria—perfectly crunchy and buttery, and they still make my mouth water just thinking about them. I ordered personal pan pizzas, and they were cooked to perfection. This was by far the best experience I've had at a well-known pizza chain in years. Plus, I enjoyed a lovely lunch with my beautiful daughters. Thank you, Pizza Hut, for making our lunch so great!

I ordered a beef taco pizza and ended up with a pizza topped only with bean sauce and beef—no tomatoes, cheddar cheese, or lettuce. Normally, I would call to rectify the order, but I had already called earlier for an update when my order was 30 minutes late according to the app. During that call, I was put on hold. Overall, the service was slow, and my order was incorrect.

From now on, I will be placing my orders directly with Wing Street, even if it's outside their usual delivery area. My family loves Pizza Hut, so I think I’ll start calling in my orders instead of using the online app to ensure my instructions are clear. Also, if I call in my orders, will I still earn points for deals? Thanks, Terra.
