Chili's Grill - Gilroy

I remember as a kid, chili's was the place to go and have good food and a great time with family. But now I am not sure what is happening at chili's. The servers are very quiet not that attentive and the food has sadly gone down in taste. The vegetables were raw and way too salty. I could've worn my asparagus as a necklace, it shined brilliantly with salt grains. Fortunately, the waiter felt bad when I mentioned it and reimbursed my table with a free dessert. Another thing to note is that the bathrooms need repairs the stall doors were broken everything was rusted. Eventhough the waiter tried to compensate, I will probably not return to chili's, it's a childhood memory that's slowly fading away.

If you want great service and good food. Then this is the place to go. The staff will take great care of you. And the food is cooked to your liking.

I always go by most recent reviews. I am super happy I gave this location a try because it is excellent! I got the chicken fajitas and it came out fast and sizzling as stated. They did not hold back. The volume is almost to much but was so good I finished it all. The service is fast and friendly. I have no idea why any bad reviews maybe new owner now or crew. This place deserves 5 stars for sure at this point. After reading reviews my expectations were low but this place rocks! I think these were right up there with the best chicken fajitas I ever had and I've had lots!

No help. Dining room looked empty. Bar was full. We left and went somewhere else after

Food was fine. The service was bad. Slow service for everything. Our food came out at different times. $2.99 was added on kiosk device and we did not choose any games . We wanted to pay and our server was on break . I had gone up to the hostess counter to say I wanted to pay and that the $2.99 was added to our bill so we couldn 't lay at the kiosk. We had been waiting so long to pay! Music was good but way too loud.
