Many vegetarian dishes can be made vegan. We tried the eggplant, which was cooked in canola oil instead of ghee. The mushroom and pea dishes were also delicious.
This is the only place worth returning to, as everything on the menu is worth trying. It's a bit pricey, but the quality makes it worthwhile.
We visited the restaurant tonight, and when I inquired about the vegan options, I received very knowledgeable answers. I decided to go with the pakoras for a starter and the chickpea curry as my main dish. Everything was absolutely perfect and delicious. The service was excellent as well.
