Wharf - Gisborne

We booked here for our work due and it was amazing, we all left super happy. Incredible service and the food was out quick. The place was super tidy and it had a lovely atmosphere.

The restaurant offers a lovely view of the marina and provides a quiet atmosphere that isn’t too crowded. The food was enjoyable and fairly priced. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a staff member who handed us a tablet to place our orders at the table. We then had to go to the bar to order our drinks, so there wasn’t much traditional service involved.

We hadn't visited the Wharf Bar Grill in a few years because our last experience was disappointing, but last night was truly a delightful experience! We were greeted by a friendly staff member, and our table was set with a personalized reservation featuring our names beautifully written on it. There were tablets on the table that allowed us to place our orders whenever we wanted—no need to call out to a waitress at all. The two waitresses were friendly, cheerful, and efficient. The food was excellent and very filling! The garlic bread was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be returning much sooner next time.

I had an excellent experience, as always, which is why my family and I keep returning! The food is always top-notch, and the service is exceptional. The atmosphere, along with the stunning harbor view, is fantastic. The cocktails are consistently delicious, and I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, Wharf B&G! I always look forward to dining at your restaurant.

Lovely dinner tonight. Wait staff were fantastic. Love the tablet ordering system, drinks were delivered straight after order was confirmed. Delicious food. Clean and tidy table with plenty of utensils, salt, pepper, napkins etc (annoying how many places miss these little things). Will definitely recommend my boss shouts us dinner here again in the future!
