Love their customer service! Servers are always polite with very good manners. But also all foods are delicious. I can see that management train staff very well. I recommend happy hours menu! Reasonable price and not too busy so you have a great service.

Amazing customer service food is always on point! Had dine out and the food was so fresh and good portions. Even though they were busy, they were able to produce quality food. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Definitely did not disappoint.

We came here with some friends from out of town and for a Monday night, this place was busy. We ordered the Feenie Burger, steak and Frites, prawn with Ravioli and Crunchy Chicken Burger. The food was delicious though our Ravioli was cool, we were too hungry to send it back. Our steak was also made medium instead of medium rare. When our wait staff, asked if we were happy with our meal, I mentioned the temperature of my meal and just want to let them know and the wait person also mentioned to the manager. The manager came by and was very courteous about the heat of our meal and offer to buy us a dessert. This is great customer service and make me want to return again.. other place will not try to rectify our issues.. but Cactus Club go above and beyond.

We were a party of 17. They were able to accommodate us right away even though we had no reservation and they were busy (Sunday dinner time). Rachel did a great job, not only because she got everything right and timely... we were 3 adults and the rest were kids and she handled the chaos quite well. 5 stars for Rachel. The food was great and I liked my burger order. It's not my best fries though.

This location has a nice bar. Love our bartender! He was funny, friendly, and had a wonderful sense of humor, on top of that he made terrific drinks. Every drink we had was delicious! The food was tasty and each dish came out beautiful. The only downside about this bar is there are lots of TVs but they are so small. It is a bit difficult to watch football with small screen tv.
