I ordered rice balls from this restaurant. More than half an hour after the merchant took the order and prepared the meal, rice ball customer service called and said that the food I ordered was on the lunch menu and could not be made at night.What a speechless experience. The merchant's menu does not manage time well, wasting customers' time. It took me more than half an hour and asked the rider to go over and wait for the meal before letting the rider contact the rice ball customer service.

They don’t do pickup orders under $30 for dinner. I hope this place closes down soon.

The worst service, went here on Dec 28th. Me and my friend put our name down for 2 people. Then another two couples came after putting thier names down for table of 2 as well after us. Just because we don't speak Mandarin, the manager or the front dest lady let them went ahead of us even tho we were there first. She left us waiting for almost an hour. When we saw the waiting lists our name were still there, but she crossed out those 2 couples after us... We asked why she did that, she couldn't answer her face turned red because of embarrassment. We end up leaving. What a disappoined experience!

We, five adults and one child, were seated in the center of the lobby. The space between seats was very narrow. The host even asked us not to put our chairs in the aisle. His attitude was very bad. We got up and left immediately.
