I don’t know why they have a 4.1. Fantastic Earl Grey Tea Latte different coloured pearls, super flavourful. Only knock against them is paper bubble tea straws haha. But serious, they should be way higher than 4.1.

Service was poor. The cashier/employee definitely wasn't paying attention when she took my order. I ordered the valrhona cocoa, and I got a matcha milk tea instead. I was too anxious to bring up the issue and I left with the matcha drink. Waste of almost $10. Honey pearls are alright, but not anything special.
