Not sure why there are so many negative reviews… Presotea is definitely my go-to bubble tea shop! The teas are always freshly brewed, and there’s a wide variety of toppings. There’s also a variety of teas compared to other bubble tea stores. My favourites are: a-li-shan iced tea , pineapple pouchong tea, cheese cream peach oolong tea, rose tieguanyin milk tea and so on.The staff is also so kind and polite! Seatings also opened up in the front, which is a bonus ! This is a great place to hang out, grab a drink, or get some studying done.

Do not get any fruit drinks here. In fact, do not get any drinks from here. Please enter the store, look at the employees as if you are pondering which drink to purchase, then leave them in their anticipation and laugh.

I came here two days ago after school, and let me tell you that there is not a worse bubble tea store in the entirety of Richmond. Take your money and time somewhere else.

This place not only often has no customers, it is incomparable to any other bubble tea store due to it's lack of fresh ingredients.

This store is a waste of space. Not only are all the drinks overpriced, they do not use fresh ingredients and also make drinks overly sweet. Please do not go here.
