UNBELIEVABLY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. June 3rd, 9:46pm Me and my friend tried to order, but the cashier girl with a pony tail was sooooooo unbelievably rude that she was almost yelling at us to make us repeat our orders a few times. It felt like she just wanted to hurry up and get the hell out outta here so that she can be done with us. I understand that it's closing time, tho shouldn't you at least care enough to try to be nice to customers? If you really hate dealing with people, don't work in service industry I mean‍‍‍‍

This Sharetea is located in a plaza that already has multiple other bubble tea joints so the decision was tough! The seating at this location is not great for big groups; don't come with groups larger than 6. The drinks are just okay and are a bit sweeter to me than other bubble tea joints. The choices for drinks also aren't as much. I tried their tiger milk boba with milk alternatives (available only for fresh milk drinks and it is not an extra charge! and it totally changed the taste of the drink (I'd suggest it with regular milk . I heard the Crema series is good but I didn't get to try it.

Got the green milk tea with pearls and we gotta say that this is one of my favourite drinks in general. ShareTea makes it so creamy (they use milk powder instead of milk) and has just the right amount of sweetness. Their pearls are also very chewy but not sticky which makes it very good! Definitely prefer ShareTea for my go to milk teas!

Visited: June 27, 2019 I 'm always in the mood for a brown sugar bubble milk/tea. We walked by Sharetea after dinner and there 's no stopping me from going in when I saw them advertised Tiger Boba in their storefront. Their brown sugar milk was pretty good! Their version definitely fared above Yifang (yes, them I need to revise my previous review to a 3 star at best) in the same strip mall. The milk is sweet and creamy and the brown sugar pearls have the correct chewiness. My companion ordered the limited edition sunny strawberry and asked for 50% sugar. He thought the drink was just okay. The drink was blended with a few real strawberries but somehow the drink tasted artificial. He wouldn 't order it again but hey, when in Rome. Out of the three share tea location this one had the worse service. It's 11 pm at night and it wasnt busy. Yet the server who help gave me the attitude like she dont want to serve me. To be honest I don't expect exceptional service from any bubble tea place but at the very least let me know my drink it's ready rather than let me wait there. The cambie location and kingsway location has better service. I just want to bbt I don't need to see their attitude.
