We were served our draft beer and my canned seltzer quickly no complaints there at least they have beers and a seltzer option. They do not have a full bar. We ordered the crawfish queso as an appetizer. I do not recommend this item at all. It was watery slide off the tortilla chip watery and no flavor not to mention the high price. My husband ate the crawfish tails out of it but I did not touch it after two tastes. We paid our tab and went to another restaurant not wanting to complain or risk trying any other food items.
Place has closed!!!!! Business hasnt paid there debt has been shut down. Sad not many places in Gladewater to dine at now another gone.
My wife and I have been here many times. Unfortunately the service and quality have been in a downward trajectory for the last year. At some point you have to stop making excuses and get your act together. Our visit last night will be our last. The service was exceptionally bad and to be honest the quality of the food was lacking. They charge a lot for their food, and sometimes it’s worth the money but just not recently. They try to do a lot OK instead less really well. Our waitress was new but had no idea what customer service is. We will get our crawfish and gumbo elsewhere from now on.
We keep coming back for the queso, and are rewarded with great food and service. My husband loves the catfish acadian, the portion is large and he usually has leftovers. We like the queso as much as our favorite Tex-mex spot. I enjoy the fried catfish, don’t forget to sprinkle the Cajun dust on it that you’ll find on the table. Lately, a server named Landry has been taking care of us, she’s great and friendly, ask for her and you won’t be disappointed in the service like some reviewers have been.
Being a Cajun from South Louisiana, it has been difficult to find a good solid place to eat on a consistent basis. Since I work in Gladewater I figured why not, let's do it. I ordered the crawfish etoufee and asked the waitress what the Cajun Trinity was as it was listed in the description. What I was told was correct! The etoufee was legitimately authentic, everything that was essential into making the roux was there. Plus the rice was on point along with the crawfish. The French bread was just fluffy enough. Next go around will be some gumbo!
