The Fork - Gladewater

The food is excellent and delicious! My favorite dish is the applewood bacon burger.

We accepted and chose a different table, where we were promptly served and received our drinks. However, when we were ready to place our order, we were informed that there would be a 45-minute wait for food. We overheard another customer mention that several people had been leaving due to the long wait. Not wanting to wait that long for food, we went to the register to pay for our drinks. While I was there, I took a quick glance, then a more thorough look into the kitchen. I'm really glad we decided against ordering food because the state of the kitchen was concerning. I would recommend that the health department pay a visit to this establishment!

We often stop by The Fork on our way to see the doctor in Tyler. While we usually go for breakfast, that's not always the case. The food is outstanding, and the service is equally impressive. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming.
