McAlister's Deli - Longview

Best lunch stop in a long time. Fast service, excellent menu, and food presentations and good price points. This was my first visit and won't be my last.

Me and my husband frequently visit the restaurant. The food is always amazing. The assistant manager Jordan is so very nice and professional. He actually gave me husband an order number card with my bother n laws fire department number on it. My husband is a veteran and he always thinks him for his service.

I order online well over an hour ahead and 4 times they completely forget to make my order. What is the point of having that option if they're gonna make you wait regardless. I have worked food industry and understand but I decided to give up on them. So just a heads up if you want to order ahead, still be prepared to wait smh.

I enjoyed the bacon sandwich and the order was ready upon my arrival.

Had to wait on employees to finish their conversation to place an order, and then my sandwich was wrong, onions, I couldn't eat it. Normally, McAlister's is a favorite, but this one failed miserably!
