Little Caesars Pizza - Gladstone

Ordered a pizza online at 5:10pm, more than an hour before I wanted to pick it up on a Thursday evening, and the order was confirmed for the time I selected. I arrived at 6:15pm, the requested pickup time, and waited. The staff were all yelling and arguing with each other so loudly4 that all the customers could hear. Obviously multiple orders had been messed up, the phone was ringing with people calling about orders with problems. After I waited for 5 minutes, I was asked for my name. They told me it was just going into the oven. The pizza was ready at 6:34, 19 minutes late.

Fast and friendly service always ready to provide great

The pizza wasn't hot and ready so I had to wait 20 minutes while they made it fresh. Any other time I would have appreciated the fresh pizza, but being in a hurry I would have preferred if they had told me it was going to be a wait. While sitting there waiting I started to notice how it wasn't totally clean inside. Old dried up sauce on the front of the pickup machine that has been there for a while, bits of old receipts in the corners, and a very noticeable amount of dirt under the pop coolers. The food was good once I got it but the overall experience and cleanliness makes me hesitant to go back.

I come here often and have never had an issue. Tonight was the first time Google specifically asked for feedback but I didn't think it was fair to rate them just based on tonight only. I think they may have been short staffed and waited quite a bit to pay for a soda separately bc I forgot to add it to my order but I can say with much certainty that I have done this many times and they are usually always on point and willing to give me a few bags of cookies for my daughter who recognizes the box and is very upset w me if I haven't gotten any!!
