Subway - Gladstone

I'm not sure why this location is experiencing so many issues. A few months ago, I placed an online order, only to arrive and find the shop locked and deserted. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Fast forward to today— I ordered online again and drove to the window, only to find out that my sandwiches hadn’t been made yet, despite the app indicating they were ready. What I received was a mangled sandwich and a toasted one that was ice-cold. The place was empty! How can it possibly take half an hour to prepare just a few sandwiches? Food: 2, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 3.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I went through the drive-thru after my class, which ended a full hour before other schools dismissed, and long past the typical lunch rush. There was one car in front of us that had been stuck there before we even arrived. After we placed our order, we waited a frustrating TWENTY minutes before we could even pull up to the window. Once we finally got our sandwiches and got home, we discovered they had given us DUPLICATE footlong sandwiches, both containing an ingredient I'm allergic to. The bread was tough and nearly impossible to eat, and we spent OVER TWENTY MINUTES to receive the WRONG order that I couldn’t even eat— all for $30. I will NEVER return to this location. Just gross. They covered the meat section so nothing could be seen. What was visible for the veggie section was wilted and spoiled, the glass covered in filth. Not acceptable, I will be taking my buisness elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
