The worst pho and Vietnamese food I have ever had. I regularly get pho from places around KC. I just moved up north and decided to try this. Awful, expensive mistake. The pork and shrimp spring rolls are $7 for mostly chopped up letter. The shrimp is cut in half so you get one single shrimp per roll and the pork is so dry I had to spit it out. The pho meat was dry and chewy and the broth lacked any flavor at all. The crab rangoon that came with it was burnt to a crisp and just plain cream cheese in a wonton wrapper. No seasoning, no flavor, no onion, nothing but cream cheese and wrapper. The coconut boba tea was just milk, coconut milk and boba at the bottom. It was served warm and again, no surprise, without any sort of flavor. I will never go back here and am bummed that I paid $50 for the worst Vietnamese food I’ve ever had.
Grab the order for pick up of the Steak Pho with Crab Rangoons. For $15, there's almost no meat and cold sticky noodles. The rangoons were fried nearly black and edible. When I called, was asked if I'd just like more meat next time. No next time. Do not recommend.
Love the P1 Pho Tai! Always yummy and hot. We get this anytime we’re feeling under the weather or just want something to make us feel cozy.
Overall is good. I had the beef phou meatballs and broth is good ..the only complaint is that lack of meatballs and rice noodles for the amount they charged for small portion.
