Cranside Winter Village - Glasgow

Very poor. More like a takeaway with tables. Didn’t have the options advertised on their website. Order via a QR code and pay upfront. No waiting staff- just servers. Food took half an hour to come and it all comes at once (starters mains) and then the drinks came after. Food was edible but nothing special. Toilets weren’t clean. I will never go back

Very disappointed. Online menu didn’t match what was available. Ordering via bad Wi-Fi connectivity on a phone was crazy. All in all a very poor dining experience. What happens if you don’t have a mobile available? Trying to be trendy but failed. We won’t be going back any time soon.

Chicken gyros was dry and chicken was shredded like pulled chicken..worst gyros I've had.

Nice relaxed meal, ordered off a QR code which in this day and age folk really should stop moaning about and get with the times. Good value and service was great.

Food was nice enough although hubby said the set menu portion wasn’t enough for him. The place is very dark and felt cold, didn’t like ordering by phone either and 1 hour 15 minutes for your table doesn’t make for relaxed dining.
