The set menu offered good value and the drinks were well priced with balanced flavors (Daquiri and red velvet). All the dishes we ordered were well-presented, generous portions, and flavorful (salmon and tomato bruschettas, pizzas, and risotto). The food was served promptly and the staff checked in on us. The venue was small and felt a bit crowded with every table occupied. My risotto had a bit too much black pepper, but overall minor issues considering it was the Christmas and panto season. Would definitely consider visiting again on a less busy day.
Great service. Delicious food. Beautiful restaurant, but be ready to be seated close to other diners (tables are very close together).
We arrived at 8 o'clock and our drinks and starter were served within 15 minutes, which was good. However, we had to wait 45 minutes for our main course, which was not acceptable. The restaurant was not even very busy, so there was no excuse for the delay and no apology was given. The food was okay but nothing exceptional. The tables were too close together, making it feel like we were almost sitting with the people at the next table rather than with our own dining companions. Our table was round and wobbly, but when we mentioned it to the waiter, he simply said it was because it was round and didn't do anything about it. With so many other dining options nearby, I highly doubt that I will return to this restaurant.
This is a little gem in the heart of Glasgow, which if you blinked you'd miss the door. Would highly recommend everyone tries it. There were 7 of us each with different dishes and all plates were scrapped clean to me that says it all. Will definitely be back x
The staff were lovely and food came quickly which was useful for pre-theatre but it is so cramped you can barely get into the tables and are squeezed up beside the next table.
