I ordered beans on toast and a cappuccino, then found a seat in the cafe. The cafe was extremely cold, and the door would not stay shut on its own despite the faulty pneumatic door shutter. This meant I had to get up and close the door every time someone came in or out. There was only a small electric heater in the cafe, which didn't do much to warm the place up. By the time my beans on toast arrived, they were cold because I had to keep getting up to close the door. I ended up leaving some beans and toast uneaten, and was charged £6 for the meal, which I thought was way too expensive.
Just a small little cafe not far from my house! I've been in a few times for breakfast, and I've never been disappointed! The food is always good, and the coffee is honestly spectacular! If I could drive past it on my way to work, I would stop every day for coffee! The staff in there are just lovely too, helpful and efficient! If you're a bit fussy and don't like black pudding or something, they have always been lovely enough to throw in an extra sausage or hashbrown! Great wee cafe with a lovely bright space for sitting in!!
Excellent wee roll and breakfast, lovely staff and food and brilliant value for money. The food was delicious and it’s a great spot to get food to eat in or take out
I went to The Grove for lunch with my family. The restaurant is small, cozy, and perfect for families. They have a great lunch menu and the service was friendly. It was excellent value for money at under £20 for three people with soft drinks. There is a good variety on the menu to suit everyone's tastes. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
