South Central Kentucky Cultural Center Museum Of The Barrens

It was such a fun and educational place to visit. Had so many exhibits to see and interact. We really loved it. A few hours. The staff was really nice and helpful. I would recommend taking your whole family there.

I didn't even go through the museum, but we broke with a big trailer there parking and they left us hanging in lawn chairs for a few hours. And they came out and let us use their bathroom before they were closed. I wasn't even a customer, but they showed sympathy for people in a bad situation, thanks a lot that helped us today.

Absolutely fantastic FREE Museum (with donations very encouraged And exactly so! with tons of history in it. There are two floors with displays in them, the first is a little older, but the second floor is where this place really seems. The layout and presentation are beautiful. If you drive through Glasgow and need a place to go a few hours, this is your goal.

Glasgow has a real treasure in this place. The staff, volunteers and community have gone above and beyond to preserve the history and heritage of their home. Now anyone can take a trip to the past and experience what makes a community.
