Brasserie And At Glasgow Pond

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we didn't feel very welcomed and were informed about the £5 parking fee per night. The hotel decor seemed a bit outdated, but the room was clean. Initially, we were planning on leaving the next day and forfeiting our payment for the second night. However, after dining at the restaurant and conversing with Sydney and Scott, our opinion of the hotel changed drastically. We now feel welcomed and will be staying another night. We have decided to dine at the hotel again tomorrow night, all thanks to Sydney and Scott. If Sydney had been at reception, our experience might have been different.

I stayed at this hotel for business and found the room and facilities to be good. The reception was very welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the limited menu options and lack of provision for special diets. When I asked about alternatives, a staff member abruptly informed me that only one menu was available. It's disheartening that in 2020, diversity is not considered in a city center restaurant. A younger girl working during my stay had a much nicer demeanor. I decided to skip breakfast, even though it was included in my stay, due to the lack of allergy-friendly options. It's a shame because the location and hotel have improved, but the food was also very expensive. Overall, the hotel needs to update their training and knowledge on accommodating special diets and allergies.

I dined at this restaurant while on a business trip, staying at the hotel. The sweet chili chicken stir fry I ordered was delicious, but I found it to be a bit pricey for what it was. The menu offers a good variety of options, and I would consider dining here again if I was staying at the hotel in the future.

This was well staffed by friendly helpful girls but the food was average to say the least I personally thought the chips were terrible-Sorry you should have been better than that!! On the plus side the Breakfasts the next day were top class!!

Very nice food, lovely staff and very helpful. Would highly recommend you give it a try you won't be disappointed.
