I ordered The Bigger Mac, which was advertised as a fake Big Mac, and it tasted terrible. I wasted 8 pounds on it. I also ordered the coleslaw for about 2 pounds, but it was just a tiny piece of chopped carrot and celery. I should have sent it back, but the staff had already made a mistake by giving me the wrong order from the table next to mine, which I mistakenly opened. When I realized it wasn't my order, a staff member took the incorrect order back without really acknowledging the mix-up. The staff then disappeared for 20 minutes and turned the loud music up to the maximum volume. It was a bizarre and awful experience.

The burger at this restaurant was delicious and enjoyable to eat outside in the sunshine. It was a great spot for people-watching, but unfortunately, the only downside was the disinterested staff.

This is the first time I have been motivated to write a review for a restaurant. The service we received tonight was very poor. Despite there being only one other table of 2 in the restaurant, we had to wait over 45 minutes for our food to be served. When our order finally arrived, we found that the burgers were cold, as if they had been made some time ago and left out. We had requested for some of the burgers to be plain, but this request was not fulfilled. Additionally, the dips we had ordered were not provided and we had to ask for them. It took another 5 minutes for the dips to be brought to our table. I observed one table, who arrived after us, leaving before their food was served due to the long wait. I am baffled by the poor service considering how few customers there were in the restaurant. It was a shocking experience! If possible, I would give zero stars.

Terrible service, we waited almost 2 hours for two burgers and two chips. They kept saying they were very busy however I’d expect it to always be “ very busy” on a Saturday night, and they should not take orders that they cannot fulfil. When the food arrived is was cold and portions were small. We had others plans that we were not able to make on time due to the severe delay to our food. Very disappointed, will not be going there again or recommending to anyone.

I ordered a Falafel burger via Deliveroo with an extra patty which is under the vegetarian options. They gave me a falafel burger with an extra MEAT patty. As a wise vegetarian once said, “Pooja, what is this behaviour.” Well in this case, you are Pooja. As a result, I couldn’t eat the burger and had to eat a microwave dahl.
