Caffe Nero Glasgow, Dundas Street

I recently visited the Cafe Nero branch at St Enoch this evening. I ordered an iced oat milk pistachio latte and my friend got a hot chocolate. The drinks and service were fantastic. The girl who served us was really kind. I will definitely return!

The service at the majority of their stores is quite slow, as they always seem to be short-staffed. It consistently takes a long time to receive my coffee. While I do enjoy their coffee, I am disappointed that their cakes do not taste fresh.

In the morning, we decided to order some croissants and coffees. The croissants were fresh and delicious, and the coffees were made just the way we wanted. The lounging area had a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

The waitress was very friendly, so she gets 2 stars. However, there were no clean small cups available. The counter behind the bar was messy with dishes scattered everywhere. The tables were dirty, the place looked unkept, and the restroom was disgusting with discarded tissues everywhere and a strong smell. It was clear that they were understaffed. It's a shame because the restaurant has a great location.

I stopped by this restaurant for a quick coffee. The service was great and I ordered a mocha, which was delicious. I also tried a pain au chocolat, which was very good as well. I would definitely return to this place.
