Chicken Choice - Glasgow City

Ordered their tandoori mixed grill, which has recently become £5 more expensive (due to the lamb hacks I suspect) when I came home with my order there was no lamb hacks, chicken chaat or sauce. I never have the free bottle of pepsi. when I called to ask that, I was told I had more chicken (do not try tandoori as I wanted) instead and I could come back and get sauce if I wanted. paying an additional five and getting only three types of meat is not a tandoori mixed grill in my book. a place I visited earlier and now not. bad service. I should have said when I came to collect my order that they did not have half the things. basic customer service.

The food lasted an hour and a half to come here when we called them, we were told immediately that, as the football just came out, they were busy and that we had to be patient, even though we had ordered it 30...minutes before the football came out and then hanged when the food was finally here I would never order again.

We had just moved in the area and, since we were starving, we thought to try this local place. We ordered to take-away and we had to wait at least half an hour for our food to be prepared, I believe mainly because they were...prioritising the delivery orders despite the fact that they were people waiting for take-away in the shop. I wouldn't commend the friendliness of the stuff and I would definitely give a very low score for the cleanliness of the place.... The food was simply awful...we tried both the kebab and the chicken and they were both simply uneatable. For the kebab, there was no resemblance between actual meat and the thing' they serve. As for the chicken, it was either tasteless or not cooked properly or flavoured with a random combination of herbs which made the food simply disgusting. Maybe the prices are relatively low, but the quality is equally low. One could argue that the quantities are big, however, the chicken box' we had was served in a pizza box and contained a larger quantity of potatoes and mushrooms than actual chicken. We had a few bites and just threw away the rest...not recommended.

Arrived half an hour late. Freezing cold. Parts missing and was soggy. All went in the bin. Staff on the phone couldn't be more useless

Ordered our food 1hr 3mins later rang and they said they had been busy because of football which finished 3 hours earlier after 2hrs rang again and they said that if we wanted it they could deliver tomorrow instead!!!!!! we said no we wanted it...tonight. Eventually after telling us for 3hrs that they would deliver it we rang just eat who rang us back and told us the order would not be delivered. The staff were terrible no customer service at all.
