Kfc - Glasgow City

Was in Glasgow with my grandsons and gave them the option of picking where to go for something to eat . They chose kfc and to be honest I wish I had picked as there are loads of good places to eat in the city centre better than here . The service is poor , the cleanliness of the place is poor . The chicken was ok and probably the highlight .. toilets were in desperate need of a clean and I don’t think it is something that is done on a regular basis . Overall I won’t be back .. not sure what is happening with kfc as a brand because the one in Gallowhill paisley is rotten as well ..

Alas what a surprise. I had a KFC meal in the year 2023AD and the chicken was superb. The chicken tasted like it did back in the 1990s. Yay it was greasy, yay the skin came off easy, yay kfc taste all checked. This is the ONLY KFC i've been in in Europe over the past 25 years that has tasted great and I had to come to freezing Glasgow to find it. One star knocked off because the fries suck, i liked the old ones the skinny Mcdonald type and yet again the fries were lukewarm.

The place should be shut down, just ordered from Uber eats, and the first delivery driver cancelled then the other one we at the restaurant for a good 30 mins. When he arrived and I have taken the food, I noticed it was a bit light, I ordered a fillet burger meal. Which was meant to include the burger, gravy, chips and 2 hot wings……the only thing that was in the box was a hot wing and some chips, like is it so hard to miss half the box.

The worst KFC branch you can dine in food is ready not fresh even the french fries not hot at all we took the bucket with wings and strips as well they are all done before as soon as we ordered bucket was ready. We asked her is this ours she answered yes we are sorry for this branch although it’s the only halal branch

The wrap all crumbled away when I was eating it and was sticking to my mouth didn’t taste nice won’t be back to that one other ones are good
