Contribuisci feedbackWe waited over 25 minutes for a kebab at this restaurant. When Paul took our order, he told us it would only be a little longer after we had already waited 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the kebab meat appeared to be from a frozen supermarket and the overall quality was lacking. We will not be returning.
I have been feeling stressed and anxious since I placed an order at this restaurant on Wednesday. They forgot to include my daughter's juice, and she has not stopped complaining about it. The delivery driver said that my 5-year-old daughter said it was okay, but I insisted that I had requested it. He said he would bring it when he had a moment, but because my daughter overheard him, she has been causing me stress by constantly mentioning it. My friends and family usually order from this restaurant, but I can guarantee that none of us will be ordering from them again. They have lost five customers in total. I thought they might have offered some free food or something to make up for the stress I have endured since Wednesday night, but instead they just laughed at me on the phone.
I have been a customer of Paul's for many years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and you can always count on having a good chat when you're there. I just finished a delicious burger and thoroughly enjoyed it, as always.
Absolutely shocking service, was up to an hour late and asked for my sauce to be in a tub and they have poured it all over the thing, not only that but the curry sauce looked like jelly.
Would absolutley get food from here again, ice cream is awesome
