Quite a long wait about an hour which is absolutely fine and made me think it's busy because it must be good. Best to phone ahead to save a long wait. The chow mein and curry was nice. Looked and smelled good and I really wanted to enjoy it due to it being award winning to. But the chicken balls, onion rings, rice and chips didn't seem fresh. The batter was over cooked, hard and really dry unfortunately. Also only one person was handling two phone lines ringing, taking in person orders and dealing with collection customers which is alot. So a few people left waiting to have their order taken. Sorry was disappointed so wouldnt be back after comparing it to the likes of Ichai their batter is soft and the food seems fresher. Not looking for any refund or anything just wanting to give the honest feedback as it could be improved. Thanks and hope this helps.
Absolutely brilliant place, food is top notch. Staff friendly and attentive with any requests and respond quickly on social media if contacted. No faults or issues.
Last night, my sister-in-law brought us takeout from Sky Dragon to our home near Liverpool. We received the food approximately 4 hours after it was purchased, and I must say, I am disappointed that this restaurant is not local to us.
I have ordered from this restaurant in the past and the food has always been good. However, last night was exceptional. The customer service was excellent, with the lady on the phone being very helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be ordering from here again soon and I am impressed by the new containers.
Asked the chap serving if I could purchase an advertised meal with rice instead of chips, he said no, I asked could he speak to the chef, he told me the chef didn't speak English, oh really? How does he know what is ordered? Won't be spending my hard earned money in your unfriendly little business.
