The stew was delicious and the tea was excellent. The atmosphere was perfect, with great music and friendly staff. The zen room was a cool space. I will definitely be returning.
This place is a complete joke. They have no idea how to make tea properly. I ordered the Russian Caravan tea, and it took forever for my order to arrive. It seemed like they had to go pick the tea leaves themselves! When the tea finally arrived, it was just water that had maybe seen a tea bag at some point. The cup was the wrong size, there was no tea strainer, and the teapot looked like it had been through a war. To top it off, the oat milk tasted more like soy milk.
A quirky alternative interior which offers the most exceptional range of leaf teas. There is a limited selection of home made food the chickpea curry was tasty although it would be better with rice than pitta bread. Great for a tea lover who appreciates an unusual experience.
Its a quirky little place with a nice atmosphere, I'm sure it's heaving when students are in term, but it was quiet when we visited. We had the tea of the month and a slice of carrot cake, both the tea and the cake were excellent.
