The Brooklyn Cafe - Glasgow City

I thought I could easily complete the Breakfast challenge in 15 minutes, but I was proven wrong. The breakfast was amazing, but I couldn't finish it in the allotted time.

The service at this restaurant is incredible. I recently tried their vegan square sausage and it was absolutely delicious. My sister placed an order yesterday and they had it ready quickly.

The Brooklyn Benedict with pulled pork was incredible! I would definitely eat it again. The staff was lovely as well. I have found my new favorite spot on the south side.
