The Butterfly And The Pig The Corona

Would come back here in a heartbeat, great food, good selection of drinks, great atmosphere and when I went I wasn't paying, fab. Not sure about pricing structure as can't remember but I think drinks were fair, so assume food is too. Will be back in due course to find out!

Butterfly and the pig had a very quaint feel about it. The combination of large portions and mismatched plates made the experience feel like a Sunday dinner at my grandmothers house, only with a much better menu. The black pudding and quail egg starter was served on a mountain of leafy salad and topped with bacon pieces and dressing. It was delicious, portion was more than required but no complaints about this! The fish cake main was not ordinary at all, it came in a large dish with breadcrumbs and an egg baked on top. The food was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable.

Great pub well worth a visit . great for live music food and ambience.great choice of beers.
