The Islay Inn - Glasgow City

This restaurant is a fantastic dinner spot. The food was delicious and you order at the bar. The service and atmosphere were both excellent. The ice cream and caramel sundae were incredibly tasty. They also have a great selection of whiskies. The prices are fair and the portions are just right.

This place has everything you would want in a great pub - delicious food, cozy decor, and lively music. However, the only downside is the bar staff. They are enough to ruin the entire experience. It's like a few bad apples that have spoiled the whole bunch. Such a shame.

I went to this restaurant for a drink and was impressed by the amazing Sean behind the bar. He handled a busy bar, multiple customers, and food and drink orders flawlessly! His skills are exceptional and I'm sure many establishments would love to have a bartender like Sean.

We walked in and sat right down. the bartender was friendly and attentive. He made us feel at home. the place was filled with 8 years with her parents and 80 years old watching football.

Friendly staff and clean bar. small menu, but great variety something for everyone and well appreciated. no place for pudding, so will definitely be back!
