Server helping me was very friendly and polite. By himself working hard and wasn't rattled at all.

Clean place. Friendly service. Space for kids birthday party.

It's all about the Caffeine ! Not much else matters ! Lol watch for grounds in your coffee . Happens often ?

Are you kidding me!? We decided to go to this one instead of Putnam plaza because Putnam plaza always forgets some thing in your order or gets it incorrect. So we took a chance, hoping this Dunkin was better. and ordered on the app for pick up.They left a doughnut out of the bag and then when we went back in and asked for it, they said it was because they didn't have the flavor we wanted. Ok... so you don't let the customer know and get either a refund or a different one? You just stay quiet and steal their money? And then how is it acceptable to serve a customer burnt product? Is no one in charge???

Chaotic and stressful for the employees and patrons. Seriously, it was as if they were over and understaffed at the same time I've never seen anything like it. The order they gave me was not even close. I feel bad for the high school kids working there. Whoever runs this franchise hire a few more people, train them better, and pay them well enough that they stick around long enough to learn.
