Starbucks - Glastonbury

I visited this location yesterday afternoon around 1:30. I had some work to do so I sat at one of the tables. The talk behind the counter was ridiculously awful. The tall Asian kid was complaining loudly about every customer that he took orders for. If you don’t like the customers then don’t be in a customer business. Then to top it off he said very loudly “oh my God, this makes me want to kill myself!” WHAT!?! For someone who has battled with mental health issues this is unacceptable. I will NEVER return to this location.

So me and my aunt went to Starbucks. It was a girls day out and it was going good until we got our order. We order a venti Mango dragon fruit refresher butttt we were given a grande, like what. #whatintheworld #mydayisruined, Oh wait a minute now my cousin's straw is BROKEN!!?? O.M.G

I got the bacon Gouda and egg breakfast sandwich. It was the best breakfast sandwich I ever had. 5 stars.

Baristas never do a good job here. The place is always unclean. Gave multiple tries and have always been disappointed ?

The staff are always friendly, efficient, and deliver top-notch service with a smile. When I order via the app, the drinks and food are ALWAYS hot, fresh, and ready so as not to delay my morning commute. I love this place. Keep up the good work!
