I particularly enjoyed sitting near the open kitchen, watching the chef in action. This was my third visit and I will definitely be back again.
We waited 25 minutes for a table. The pad Thai was quickly served but the overall experience was average and not worth the price. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the atmosphere lacked excitement. The chicken dish was underwhelming and the sauce was lacking. The mussaman curry was dry and the staff seemed rushed, not paying attention to details like dirty wine glasses. There are plenty of other Thai restaurants that offer superior food, better value, and friendlier service.
During our stay on holiday, we decided to try out this restaurant for a change from our everyday meals. We were pleasantly surprised by the tasty and reasonably priced dishes. The only downside was that one person in our group was disappointed that they did not have any Thai tea. We enjoyed spring rolls, curry puffs, pad thai, and a delicious curry. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
We had a good 30 dollar meal for 2. It's busy for a reason. Nice girls doing there best to provide a good customer service. I loved to sit near the open kitchen where you could see the cooks in action. It was my 3rd time back.
We queued for 25 minutes for a table. The Pad Thai formula is fast, efficient but the experience was ordinary, and represented poor value. The waiting staff are rushed off their feet, and the food was lacking spark. A chicken sate smelled of chicken that was off, and the sate sauce was insufficient. The Mussaman Curry was dry, and when finished the staff cleared plates before all had finished, similarly wine glasses. There are a lot of Thai places offering better food, better value, and friendlier service.
