Planet Pizza - GLEBE

Well that was disappointing :-/ That would have to be one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten in my life ! I will never be returning and I'm not looking forward to tomorrow's events .

2 hour wait. Then he called from the wrong street. He suggested I'd put in wrong address - as in, forgot where I live. That was pretty funny. Then he'd forgotten the drinks. Which he said would take 5 minutes, which turned into half an hour. Because it was "busy." Yeah mate - coz you're going to the wrong place without the stuff. Pizza not bad but not worth it mate.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Food was 2+ hours late, they had no idea of my order, chose to lie about the delay and refuse to provide a refund. FACTS: Never received SMS confirmation, I had to call 15mins from order to confirm ETA, which was 45mins on a Tuesday night. Reason? "The traffic". (You are in Glebe, I am in Glebe...it will take you 20mins TOPS to walk it to my front door). Waited 50mins from that point, called them up: "Did you call before? Oh s*%^! Let me call the delivery man and I'll call you right back" (why the delivery man?). No call received after 10mins, so I call the restaurant...not once, or twice, but 40 times. FORTY!  No possibility to cancel my order through them...so I ordered Thai food that comes in 15mins. Delivery driver rocks up at my door (now 2+ hours since order). What's his reason for the delay? "...there was a Muslim event. Very busy." ......well s&(^!!!Bottom line, if you want to be running a restaurant, don't blow smoke up your customer's arse, just be honest. Sorry mate, but this had to be written. And I'm not the first customer who's unhappy about the service.I'll give you a 5/10 for taste, not too bad for your price.
