Country Club Gledswood Hills

I paid $19 for 5 pieces of salt and pepper calamari, and there was no salad included. I am consistently let down every time I visit this restaurant, but the location is convenient. I believe I need to find a new local spot because this place is a rip-off.

Dinner (prawn and crab ravioli) was awesome and great atmosphere. First time here with my friend and cannot wait to bring my family along next time. I also didn’t know this place is part of Wests membership so that’s a bonus!

I visited this restaurant yesterday and found the security staff dressed in suits to be extremely rude and in need of toning down. They stare at you in an intimidating and creepy manner, creating a negative atmosphere that does not seem welcoming to customers. It appears that the staff or management do not prioritize the enjoyment of their customers. In my opinion, the management should be replaced for the benefit of the customers. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant in the future.

The club itself is fantastic, but the food at the bistro is terrible. It is overcooked, dry, and flavorless. The only decent dish we have tried is the stonegrill, but the sides are not good. For example, a salad consists of rocket with chickpeas. We have given them multiple chances, but tonight the schnitzel was overcooked and dry. We couldn't even finish it. Even the chips were not freshly cooked, which was very disappointing. We recommend eating elsewhere.

Don’t bother coming here... slowest service.. had to wait 20mins to order then another hour for a house schnitzel ... on a Sunday lunch when I arrived at 1230.. Save your money and go elsewhere.
