Taco Bell - Glen Allen

Okay there's a couple things here this is the Miss narrow long curvy in the tight drive through I've ever seen in my life I think out of all the cities I've been in this one takes the cake so if you are well I get a big truck like F350 or F-250 or something like that I'd recommend just going inside because you're going to not make you may scratch your wheels I mean of course you just drive up on the curve deserve monster truck or whatever but I mean if you are concerned about scratching wheels or anything like that be careful on this drive through I have no idea why the engineered that like this I mean there's two you know concrete curbs the whole way through and it is just about big enough for a regular size vehicle to go through there but it's such a sharp left turn you have to make I watch the car in front of me do it and he came about an inch away from the curb

For some reason, the food is cold unless you order a burrito. We got 5 items, and the burrito was the only thing made well.I opened up a chicken taco to see 1/3 of it had chicken, and the rest was gross lettuce and sour cream. And it was cold. Luckily, I'm the one who ordered the burrito.

The girl working in the drive thru made fun of me ordering while she thought her mic was off, but I heard every word. I don't go to taco bell very often so I'm not super familiar with the menu and needed a little more time. Hope making fun of people makes you feel better about your sad life.

Nothing in my order was made correctly, I only ordered a few things so it's not like i had a huge order. If you're gonna overcharge for your food and customizations at least make the orders correctly.

It should be easy to take an order and deliver the correct food. Instead of saying at the drove through ok, pull arounnd. Try saying can I get you anything else Also, try putting in the bag the food that was actually ordered. I don 't want to be surprised 20 minutes later when I get home with my food to find out the order is completely wrong. Am I suppose to sit at the drive-through window and inspect 30 tacos to make sure their right? Then call the store...unavailable to answer...call corporate...wait 10 minutes for someone to answer. Torchy 's tacos is right next to taco bell in Short Pump, VAMight take longer, cost more...but at least I 'll get what I paid for.
